I was very impressed and satisfied with my visits to Cape Side. The office is clean and well lit; the staff is polite and professional, from the receptionist Remair & Stacey Dental Hygienist Dominica and Dr Artley. I highly recommend Cape Side Dental. I was there to replace a crown and routine cleaning.

Dr Artley has been taking care of family members for a decade or so. I am a fairly new patient , personally, and have also experienced nothing but caring professionals. We all have gone to the Bayside Lakes location, and I saw nothing but a clean office with helpful personnel. They all made me feel welcome and answered all questions patiently. I look forward to Dr Artley taking care of all my dental needs. Special kudos to Stacey, who is patient and attentive when answering the phone and scheduling. I previously was with one of the local "chain " dental practices for a decade and was absolutely over the ineptness of the staff and the rotating brand new dentists in to perform work. This last one seems nervous to do anything but filling or extraction. And if you need anything, they want to send you another of their offices. The billing is always crazy too. I then tried the new national chain (starts with a A....and is a Colorado city). Oh wow. Forget it!! Overpriced like 500%. Just look at your treatment plan....they nickel and dime insanely. As to the complaints /negative reviews I have one point. It is ultimately the patient's responsibility to make sure your insurance will cover your work and the dental practice you have chosen. Even within some Insurance companies there are nuances that can be from the specific plan your employer has negotiated. Always call your plan to see what's left on your benefit year etc. In summary, Dr Artley runs a professional practice. He is a kind man who is knowledgeable and can perform nearly everything you need within his practice instead of referring you out for specialty work . His office (again, we go to Bayside Lakes location) is spotless. The staff is caring and professional. I highly recommend that you try them yourself, and you see thru the negative reviews. Most of them seem like things that could have been avoided by informed patients who know how to navigate their own insurance plan. I also cannot speak to any comp

Dr. Artley was fantastic throughout the whole process. He made me feel calm and explained exactly what was going on with my procedure. From the moment I entered the staff was welcoming and very kind. I will always go back!

Super friendly staffs. After moving away to a different town and trying all sales pressured dental offices, I made the decision to drive 3 hours each way to go get my dental work done at this office twice a year. Clean office, courteous staffs, up to date, knowledgeable and superb Doctor. No nonsense, no up sales pressure for unneeded dental work. Thank you Cape Side Dental for being who you are, I mean all of you.

Dr Artley and his staff are all amazing! I live an hour away but I don’t mind making the drive because I know I will be taken care of at capeside ! Today I went in for a tooth extraction and even had to bring my toddler with me. I was amazed at how understanding and awesome the staff were about my daughter being there! They helped keep her happy and busy while I had my extraction! I mentioned to Dr. Artley today about just having them all pulled and getting dentures and he told me that I wasn’t hopeless and we could do some work to make them better.Honestly that meant a lot because for such a long time I figured I was too far gone and needed them all pulled! I will continue to go there to see how we can fix my smile! Thank you Capeside dental!!!!

Doctor Artley and Zu are the best!! I Have gone for easy procedures and my wife have had bone implants, crowns,etc. with impresive results. That's why I'm so great full of them. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended.

Cape Side dental has been my home for dental care over more than a decade. The level of service, care and suggestion that best fits your needs is unmatched. Their staff is super friendly and professional. Zujeiry Rivera is full of awesomeness, Doctor Artley is just the best!! So when it comes down to the best and who to trust your dental needs there is no other choice than Cape Side Dental in Bayside!!

Capeside Dental, Dr. Artley... This office is amazing. They've been able to fit me in for emergencies on more than one occasion.. Dr. Artley looks at the best options for treatment and gives you a choice. Their in house payment plan option has also saved me! I just can't say enough about this office. The staff is also very friendly. Glad I was able to find such a great dentidt! Highly recommend Capeside Dental.

I have been a patient for numerous years now, I am extremely happy. I had a crown prep yesterday, couldn't have been gone better! Dr. Artley also did implant for me a few years ago,went very well! All employees from both locations are extremely professional!
